职位描述

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role is accountable for driving the end to end digitisation of marketing in the Business unit. This role leads the plan for landing capabilities for consumer engagement, innovation, and marketing performance, including expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with the BU Marketing leaders and Products to drive user centricity, embed and land the value from UniOps capabilities.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

o  Trusted partner to BU marketing leadership and their teams

o  Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance marketing efforts.

o  Ensure alignment of marketing analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit objectives.

o  Accountable for the digitisation of marketing, leading the E2E UniOps plan for marketing in the business unit on behalf of the BU CDIO

o  Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with business unit marketing leadership across products

o  Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit marketing team and products

o  Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement

o  Accountable for business unit marketing sign-off and validation of products

o  Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery

o  Acts as first point of contact for BU Marketing leaders into UniOps, resolving risks, issues and questions

o  Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge.

o  Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness

任职条件

Necessary Experience & Qualifications 

·       Change Management experience

·       Business partnering experience

·       Business analyst experience

·       At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, or equivalent experience in a multinational corporation

 

 

SKILLS –

•        Digital acumen – experience with digital technologies – including AI, Automation and MarTech

•        Business acumen – Marketing and consumer-centric AIPL knowledge

•        Strong influencing, conflict managment and stakeholder management skills

•        Program / project management to ensure delivery of outcomes 

•        Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

•        English spoken and written skills
