职位描述

Key Responsibilities

•Take charge of CPF Shanghai office admin work

•Design the guideline and policy to make office administrative management more efficient and effective.

•Lead office relocation project, including office renovation and movement.

•Manage office daily operation (including receptionist) and lead China associates activity planning and execution to build safe, healthy and well-being working environment.

•Take charge of office budget planning and spending service. Improve the efficiency of office spending.

•Provide HR related support and assist on board/resign process.

•Support all S&F (Service & Finance) team admin work.

•Work as executive assistant to provide high-quality admin support to GM and visitors.

•Manage GM’s calendar and T&E report. Take charge of GM’s car rental and driver’s contract management.

•Support regional/global visitors’ China visit, including but not limited to hotel booking, airport transfers arrangement and meeting support.

•Support P&O on CLT team building/HPC and townhall.

•Support T&E policy implementation

•Lead T&E policy implementation, including T&E training and manage monthly T&E report submission.

•Manage Ctrip business travel platform and as a key contact person between associates and Ctrip for any account related issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree related field.

•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in office admin and executive assistant. Any experience in FMCG or multinational company will be a plus.

•Proven ability to work effectively and collaboration with diverse groups. Demonstrates strong independence, maturity, and skill in planning and execution of tasks and projects.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good listening skills.

•Passion for admin work and people connection

•Patient, caring, and enduring personality. A sense of responsibility is important.

•Fluent in mandarin and English, both written and oral.

•Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Office. Strong skill in Excel will be a plus.
