Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with 5 years or above experiences in training function, and it will be a plus if you have rich retail coaching experience. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. You are proficient in MS office software, especially Powerpoint,

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Associate Training Director. You will assist line manager in training activities organizing, training programs developing, in class training delivery and on field coaching.

• In this function you will:
• In charge of VCA unveiled training for newcomer 
• In charge of Selling ceremony course
• Organize on field follow up for newcomers
• Develop coaching plans and feedback based on SA performance (KPIs, service result, by request)
• Consolidate monthly service data and share key learnings with regional and boutique management
• Conduct service quality inspections and provide effective improvement action plan
• Create sales speech according to boutique specific needs
• Conduct training seminar/gathering
• Support regionalization
• Handle with payments, PO and contracts efficiently
