1.Secretarial/Administrative Support: Provision of day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to BUHR Head and TA Head;
2.Coordinate and schedule appointments;
3.Screen correspondence (including mail, phone calls, expenses, email – limited access, and other material;
4.Preparation of expense claims reports;
5.Utilize Microsoft office applications to complete team meeting documents;
6.Travel coordination:
7.Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements;
8.Meeting Management;
9.Coordinate agenda for meetings and take and transcribe minutes of meeting;
10.Team support;
11.Organize team meetings;
12.Working with BUHRs to support talent development programs;
13.Team building planning;
14.Logistic support.
1.2+ year experience in a similar role;
2.Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, office;
3.Fluent in English;
