The role required to act as Business Partner for the company commercialization progress, a deep understanding of the key business dynamics, market and access policies, channel, pricing, and marketing strategies. The BP Director proactively participates in all commercial decisions defined by Senior management team.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Work closely with BU & CPO teams sharing responsibility of formulating business strategies, channel management, suggest and support investment and resource allocation, monitoring, commitment, implement actions, shared approval responsibility. Support monthly performance review with commercial team, assess risks & opps and guide corresponding resource allocation plan.
· Planning Process: a) Annual target setting with streamline process and directional guidance on investments and finally review/alignment meeting with BU post bottom-up submission. Embrace and contribute to annual budget plan. b) rolling FCST mechanism setup and implement on quarterly basis to track and refresh the budget execution.
· Strategic Planning: support strategy team on Long-term forecast implementation; Collaborate with marketing, access, strategy, accounting team to build business cases and engage all related stake holders crossing functions.
· Business Case support on new business model/projects.
· Reporting and analysis: commercial reporting package and analysis with insights, including product P_L, product/region expense, Expense/Rev analysis.
· Internal control support: DOA approval process budget control & risk management, contract review, working capital monitor, commercial finance policy & procedure and assist compliance on expense control.
· Digitalization: support digital & IT team on commercial digital tool implementation and performance tracking. Reduce bureaucracy and add value and efficiency through automation, simplification and digital platforms and tools.
· Collaborate with internal finance sub-functions on operational tasks such as accounting/internal control, master data maintain, ERP & reporting system support.

· University degree in finance / accounting / economics, business administration or related field; Advanced degree in business administration (MBA), CPA, CIMA, economics, or related field preferred.
· 10 years+ financial management experience with mid-sr. position in MNC pharma and local bio company.
· Strong analytical, communication and influence skills.
· Strong commercial sense and been a business partner; Passion for the business side beyond pure finance perspective.
· High willingness learns from external environment changes and other functions.
· Results focus with high integrity, high change, results, people agility and collaboration.
· Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese Speaker.
