1. Provide technical support to internal associates for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
2. Set up office PCs, configure systems, and assist with basic network connections
3. Support installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office software
4. Maintain and troubleshoot common office devices (printers, projectors, etc.)
5. Draft and maintain user guides and IT instruction documents
6. Complete other technical support tasks assigned by supervisors
1. Currently pursuing an associate degree or above, preferably in computer-related fields
2. Familiar with Windows OS and proficient in Microsoft Office (Level 2 Computer Certificate is a plus)
3. Able to create and maintain user-facing IT documentation
4. Strong hands-on ability in assembling and troubleshooting PCs
5. Good communication skills, clear thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility
6. Able to understand basic IT documentation in both Chinese and English (CET-4 or above preferred)
7. Available 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months
