What you will do
1. Process planning and optimization to enhance efficiency.
2. Establish standard working hours, standard manpower and standard production capacity, and continuously optimize them based on the actual production situation.
3. take lead in following up on the equipment resource planning, include capacity/UPH/OEE.
4. Cost control and data management .Reduce waste, lower manufacturing costs and promote improvement projects such as lean production/VSM/8 Waste.
5. ECRS for headcount saving.
6. Analyze the equipment utilization rate (OEE), identify the bottleneck processes and propose improvement plans, design the production line layout, optimize the material flow path, and reduce the production cycle.
7. LEAN culture promotion.
What you will need
1. bachelor of IE.
2. >6 years work experience on Electric manufacture on IE engineer position.
3. Familiar with electronics manufacturing product process, with product process planning, capacity, manpower, equipment practical work experience;
4. Familiar with CAD and office software.
5. Strong problem analysis and innovation ability.
6. Good learning ability, communication skills and team work spirit.
7. Sensitive to data and strong data processing ability.
8. Proficient in English reading and writing and simple oral communication.
