PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - this role will sign contract with 3rd party for 2 years period.

·       Planning, developing and directing marketing efforts for Crown Bioscience brand.

·       Collaborating with the creative team to ensure strategic objectives are met.

·       Marketing and sales trade booth, and other promotional vehicles.

·       Acting as gatekeeper of the brand, ensuring proper use throughout all advertising, promotions, internal publications, marketing, social media presence and any other environment in which the brand appears.

·       Work with admin to help with all client visit to Taicang site. Including agenda, logistic, meeting arrangement.

·       The work involves establishing criteria; formulating projects; assessing program effectiveness; or investigating or analysing a variety of unusual conditions, problems, or questions. The work product or service affects a wide range of organization activities and/or important activities or programs of other organizations.

·       Regular travel – generally no more than one trip per month. Overnight travel may be necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

·       Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, or marketing experience at an equivalent level. 

·       Experience in a wide range of principles and methodology of a specialized professional field. Skill in designing, implementing and coordinating assignments, operations, and/or programs.

·       Experience working in a matrix organization preferred. 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

·       COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Familiar office software applications.

Strong activity execution ability.

·       CONTACT WITH OTHERS

Requires regular internal and/or external contact for the purpose of discussing and coordinating organizational procedures and various interdepartmental transactions. Improper handling will have some effect on operating results. Requires some external contact to obtain cooperation and understanding on routine matters.

·       REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
