HR Intern (Office HRBP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR daily operations, especially in office HRBP and internal communications field.
- Support on employee onboarding process.
- Staff service certificate related.
- Staff internal profiles arrangement.
- Arrange the interviews with candidates for HR colleagues.
- Prepare HR report and data as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
COMPETENCIES
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communications skills.
- Detail-oriented and a good team-player.
- Native Chinese, fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Good at MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Be able to provide at least 3 months’ time as intern and can work 4-5 days per week.
