• Term sheet drafting and negotiation

• Management Interviews

• LDD, FDD, BCA Drafting

• Industry suppliers and customers checking and visiting

• Create IC Memos and Decks

• Assist in SPA, SHA Negotiation and Drafting

• Deal Closing

Strategic Collaborations, Portfolio Management, Fund Admin

• Keep track of and analyze portfolio’s business targets and data

• Collaborate with different internal departments to create business synergies

• Fund necessary legal, finance, regulatory work

Qualification：

• 3-7 years of investment/financial industry experiences

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Strong industry research capabilities

• Prefer candidates have beauty-related, inner beauty, medical beauty, wellness, functional food & beverage, and related value chain investment experiences
