The Spice Model Engineer is responsible for device characterization and abstracting modeling files

for the design process.

What You Will Do

• Lead TESTKEY design, testing, model extraction, and quality assurance (QA) for

CMOS/BCD process platform models.

• Provide model technical support, execute model upgrades and revisions, and

support model extraction for customized devices.

• Develop automated model extraction scripts to support large-scale device modeling.

• 提供模型技术支持，执行模型升级改版等工作；支持定制器件的模型提取工作。

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Device Physics, or related fields.

5+ years of SPICE modeling experience, with preference for Mixed Signal/BCD device e

modeling.

• Proficient in Keysight/ADS testing equipment, HSPICE/Spectre simulation tools.

familiar with Verilog-A and statistical corner analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of device physics; capable of independently resolving model

convergence and accuracy issues.

• 电子工程、器件物理专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上 SPICE 建模经验，有CMOS/BCD 器件

建模背景优先。

• 精通Keysight/ADS 测试设备、HSPICE/Spectre 仿真工具，熟悉V erilog 及corner 分析。
