3、拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力；

5、强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作；

6、有开发市场，搭建通路的能力和经验。

What will be your key responsibilities?

•

•管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”

•1、负责辽西区域城市群所有业务运作及销售团队；

2、负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划，确保销售目标达成；

3、追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实；

4、关注经销商，权重批发商，重点零售客户，定期做生意回顾和机会分析，跟进各项过程指标达成；

5、明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾；

6、整合各类资源（人员、费用、车辆等），提高资源使用效率。
