Mission of Role
The occupant is responsible for supporting Off channel by setting channel strategies, building promotional plans to achieve target. Not only providing plan but importantly influence commercial team to improve our ways of working to outperform market.
Role Responsibilities
1. Outperform market in off channel working closely with commercial/marketing with clear objectives and key learnings in each investment.
1)Build off channel Strategy led by manager
2)Set target, plan promotions, prepare negotiating materials, track status of negotiation and evaluate to find learnings to adapt to next actions based on channel strategy
3)Provide required assets to commercial team while working with brand team
4)Plan activation plan while controlling Trade BI budget which can be firmly linked with ATL investment to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
5)Track KPIs of off commercial team working closely, share key success factors with other members to utilize learnings in broader team
6)Set Objectives, Plan, Execute, Track/Review, Adapt key learnings to next actions
7)Install his/her expertise to the team to realize more effective and efficient promotions which is acceptable by key off customers.
2. Build and Manage Off trade -modern channel promotion plan working with commercial and marketing team based on channel annual calendar to achieve sales targets linked with marketing investments.
1)Plan N+6 promotions and set KPIs working with commercial and marketing team to link commercial and brand activations
2)Track sales results and KPIs of main accounts, to check progress to achieve annual target
3)Gather and share key learnings of success and failure to discuss with stakeholders to build better promotions working with Channel Analysis and planning team
4)Prepare negotiating materials to provide commercial team weapons to use
3. Support the management of trade marketing channel budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with Off trade -modern channel business objectives and optimal resource allocation
1)Support RTD trade marketing expenses management for Off-Trade Modern Channel, tracking budgets, controlling costs, and aligning with business objectives
2)Develop and oversee sales promotional materials (POSM, GWP, VAP etc.) to boost execution efficiency and minimize investment
3)Create customized trade activities for key accounts in modern channels to drive RTD sales and market share
4)Build more efficient and effective investment model working with manager
5)Control annual budget and implement internal financial processes
Qualifications & Experience
1.Bachelor's Degree is required
2.At least 3 years of commercial or trade marketing experience in FMCG industry for Modern trade
3.Solid Commercial acumen and financial sense
4.Self-driven and be accountable, results oriented, with a flexible and positive "can do" approach to challenges and difficulties
5.Sound Windows software skills especially Excel and Power point & analytic capabilities
6.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
7.Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
