1. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments and workshops to improve the production quality, including defects collecting, analyzing and tracking; 

2. Play the quality supervision role in new development projects and relocation projects, ensure quality well controlled before and after launch; 

3. Work out and update process quality control documentation; 

4. Be responsible for internal audit of production process; 

5. Define quality in manufacturing KPIs, monitor, analyze and carry out measures to improve.

1. Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or above degree；

2. Basic written and verbal communication skills in English；

3. Experienced in the quality methodologies ( e.g. 8D, A3, QC method, FEMA, 6sigma etc.); 

4. Knowledge of quality related management system;

5. Manage basic quality inspection tools, if with motor quality management working experience is preferred; 

6. With good communication and coordination skills; 

7. Be proficient in using office software;

8. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
