Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain assigned customer base by understanding market value dynamics, competitive environment and customer needs.
· Manage assigned sales channel which could be direct customers or distributors.
· Develop new customers and market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
· Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or accounts.
· Lead the development/execution of integrated account plans with Hygiene producers.
· Performs customer service and account maintenance duties for established, stable and potential customers/markets.
· Support technical and customer service teams with customer complaint handling.
· Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
· Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
· Understand our product, the customer process and customer benefits to sell the value to our customers.
· Interact with our operations and technical teams for resolving customer quality problems and to improve product performance based on customer needs.
Job Requirement:
· Technical undergraduate degree would be preferred.
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing and sales job ideally in Diapers/Personal Care supply chain (i.e. nonwovens/ chemical industry).
· Strong ethical & compliance behavior.
· Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Solid track record in Sales, especially in driving business growth and value selling.
· Proactive attitude and risk-taking mentality.
· Competency and experience to deal with challenging market conditions.
· Team spirit.
· Fluent in English both oral and written.
· Necessary for travelling frequently.
