Roles and Responsibilities:
· Work with distributors to meet sales targets, incorporating the full range of ELASPAN® products/services within identified markets.
· Has business development mentality to increase the market share of ELASPAN®
· Performs customer service and account maintenance duties for established, stable customers/markets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and decision makers at key accounts to understand, anticipate, and satisfy their needs.
· Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
· Supports supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
Experience & Skills required:
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales job. Knowledge on understanding sales and marketing concept
· Basic technical knowledge on textile product and industry is preferred.
· Proactive, open minded, good working attitude and a team player
· Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
· Willing to travel frequently.
· Fluent English in both of oral and writing.
