What you will do
•To drive cost reduction, process improvement projects and support reliability projects
•Negotiate changes between contract and actual project needs
•Ensure that supplier is prepared for production, including all needed system updates
•Lead/coordinate negotiation of all major project purchases in all commodities, utilizing available department resources as assigned by supervisor and working within business-unit, divisional, regional & global supplier agreements
•Ensure deliverables from suppliers to fulfil APQP activities handled by SQA
•Partnering with functional leaders from around the business to determine needs based on persona and create digital solutions for those needs
•Build out project plans, roadmaps, and budgetary needs to deliver on program commitments
•Create, document and implement standards to help guide the program
•Ensure compliance to Agile processes (daily stand ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc) and provide work direction to a Global Development Team
•Work with sourcing leaders to determine needs and priorities of the application
What you will need:
•Bachelor (or higher) degree (business administration, mechanical or related field)
•At least over 5 years related working experience
•Experience to establish new site is a plus.
•Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must. Semiconductor equipment assembly factory is a plus.
•Excellent English & Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
