What you will do
•Need take care of RFQ follow up for both EPS and NPR . Smooth communication with users to understand the request and search for the best offer within target time frame.
•Negotiates with supplier on cost competitiveness and uses TCOO to push back and advocate for better performance.
•Perform bench-marking, TCOO analysis and supplier risk assessment prior to supplier awarding of a purchase/project
•Drive implementation of program in order to achieve Procurement operations excellence
•Manage the relationship between key account managers of suppliers and internal stakeholders who are the end users.
•Understand the company KPI like VMI, cash flow improvement and risk mitigation target and deeply route in daily work to achieve success.
•Contract negotiation and management .
•Supplier performance management to drive continual improvement.
What you will need
1. Bachelor or above in Engineering/Finance/Business or equivalent.
3. Strong sourcing, negotiation, presentation & analytical skills
4. Good English verbal and written communication skills, Mandarin beneficial
5. Good at SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, excellent data analysis skills & presentation skills are preferred
6. Team builder / player, hands on worker
