Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager for OES, Small OE, and CFH channels. The role will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring cross-functional synergy, and delivering full-cycle customer solutions — from order fulfillment to technical services. You will lead and develop a team of 5–6 sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
•Take full ownership of sales revenue, profit, PCR for the OES business in China.
•Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OES, Small OE and CFH business .
•Manage and grow the business to meet OEM demands.
•Define the price to each customer group and negotiate with customer for better PLCM.
•Lead sales process management.
•Manage and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance execution efficiency.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, supply chain, etc.) to align on market requirements and customer needs.
•Develop and implement mid-to-long-term business development strategies, including people development.
Qualifications and Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Proven experience in leading teams; project management experience is a plus.
•Automotive industry experience required.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
•Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.
Able to perform under pressure with high levels of resilience and stability.
