岗位职责:
负责海外业务综合财税工作,包含海外子公司当地财务报表,税务申报/检查,审计等;Manage finance/tax operation for international business, including but not limited to oversea financial reporting, tax declaration, and statutory audits.
2. 对接集团财务团队,承接集团需求并协调地区差异;包括会计准则,财税法规,以及财务系统等Connects oversea subsidiaries and group finance team, making sure both domestic and international compliance。
3. 子公司财务,内控流程优化和日常管理;Manage and optimize internal financial and control processes.
4. 协调,整合海外事业部预算和管理报表;Coordinates and consolidates budgets and management accounts.
5. 事业部经营数据维护指标维护和数据跟踪和汇报;Follows operation KPI and business performance.
6. 定期经营/财务表现分析,和其他不定期的财务分析任务;Regular and ad-hoc financial analysis.
7. 支持业务发展在资金,财税和数据报表方面的其他需求;Support business development, providing solution in terms of cash flow, financing and reporting.
8. 支持海外事业部相关财务,数据分析系统的搭建,优化以及协助事业部的数字化/AI转型 Support the implementation and optimization of financial and data analysis systems and assist the digital/AI transformation, for the international business department;
任职要求:
•学历:大学财会,商业管理,金融分析或类似专业;硕士优先;有复合计算机教育背景优先(同等学力,第二专业,职业培训,自我学习等)Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/audit/business intelligence or other comparable major, master degree is preferred;Computer Science related background is a plus.
•3-4年四大(或同类型事务所)工作经验,2年以上企业经营分析,财务BP经验;有海外财税经验以及跨国团队合作的经验更佳;Minimum 3 years of big four(or comparable organization)+minimum two years of in house financial management / BP experience
•跨部门项目管理经验 Cross-functional project management experiences
•中文和英文流利,可以作为工作语言;Proficient in both English and Chinese is a must.
•良好的抗压能力,优秀的沟通协调组织能力和多任务时间管理能力。Able to work under pressure, exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, and effective multitasking/time management capabilities
•良好的学习能力和习惯,优秀的逻辑分析能力。Outstanding learning agility and logical analysis skills
•证书:财会相关证书;Related accounting/tax qualification, international qualification is preferred.
•有SAP使用经验优先考虑;Plus if knowledge of SAP operation.
