职位描述

Provide high-quality secretarial support:

•Assist calendar management by meeting coordination and keep assigned managers informed of all activities;

•Arrange and coordinate for assigned managers’ trip including flight booking, hotel reservation and logistic arrangement etc.

•Provide support to prepare assigned managers’ presentations;

•Prepare & follow up T&E and R&R claim for assigned managers;

•Process, circulate and follow up documents;

Work closely with other leadership team member’s secretaries to provide administrative support:

•Accommodate VIP’s visit, e.g., itinerary coordination, logistic arrangement etc.

•Support on monthly expense settlement e.g., advisory board fee, air ticket fee, stationary fee etc.

•Support on internal/ external meetings & activities requested by assigned managers.

Other duties requested by assigned managers.

Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating

任职条件

•3+ years secretary experience

•Excellent oral and written language skills both fluent in English and Mandarin;

•College degree or above in secretary, administration, English or other related;

•Good computer skill, be familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

•Ability to efficiently and independently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and coordination under pressure.

•Strong organizational skill and ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;

•Strong problem solution and networking skills

•High sense of responsibility and well organized

•Good sense of urgency and well discipline

•Ability to deal with confidential information

•Proactive and good team worker
