职位描述

1) According to BU guidelines and the actual situation of Division, work out the development strategy of Division B&C and QK business

-Based on the overall channel planning of BU and Division status, formulate brand development strategies for B&C and

-Design the distribution standards of B&C and Quaker in each channel of the Division according to the channel type, and ensure Division implements the distribution standards.

-In view of the current situation of the Division, design the cost investment of B&C and Quaker brand in the Division, including but not limited to key cities, key channel investment, etc. Through the investment of these key regions and cities, create the B&C and Quaker city and channel models in Division.

-Develop B&C and Quaker material delivery strategies and plans through these materials' delivery, improve the brand building of the whole B&C and Quaker in the Division

2) Wok with B&C and regional team, rapidly develop B&C and Quaker RCD and build RCD model from 0-

1.

-Work with BU colleagues, design the development strategy of B&C and Quaker RCD

-Set up 0-1 models for the development of the Division's B&C and Quaker RCD, work with division related colleagues to complete the development target of B&C and Quaker RCD to ensure overall categories’ target delivery at division level.

-Manage B&C and Quaker RCDs, including but not limited to: monthly stoke management, DIS installation, distribution management, promotional activities, system marking, etc.

-Develop special investment policies, ensure the implementation of these policies, and complete the write-off approval of these policies

-Regularly review the strategy and investment policy to ensure that the policy is in line with the actual situation of the Division, and constantly adjust the policy according to the actual results to ensure the rationality of ROI investment

3) Combined with Division B&C and Quaker development strategy, work out Division B&C and Quaker channel investment policy

-According to the actual situation of Division, work out the investment policy of Division B&C and Quaker

-Ensure the implementation of Division's investment policies and complete the verification and approval process

-Regularly review Division's investment policy to ensure that the policy conforms to the actual situation of Division, and constantly adjust Division's investment policy according to the actual results to ensure the investment ROI, and ensure the completion of Division KPI through the implementation of these policies

-According to BU new product strategy, lead Division B&C and Quaker new product launch meeting, empowering the regional team and RCD on fast learning, active innovation, and rapid expansion of B&C and Quaker business

-Work with RU to sort out the FCST management, aging treatment and other related management processes, and work out the corresponding SOP process to reduce the aging of B&C and Quaker and improve inventory turnover

4) According to the needs of different channels, to undertake B&C and Quaker enterprise group buying opportunities, develop B&C and Quaker exclusive group buying dealers, customize B&C and Quaker gift boxes, and develop salty group buying opportunities

-Based on the overall channel planning from BU and the current situation of Division, With the national group buying team, work out and implement product policies and main package gift boxes to meet business needs in different markets, and promote group buying opportunities and bidding of group buying enterprises and institutions in special channels.

-Develop dedicated B&C and Quaker "three key holidays” group buying customers, help these "three key holidays" group buying customers to complete the enterprises bidding, etc., leverage these group buying customers’ special channel resources to quickly complete the special channel group package and gift box distribution

-Establish the operation kit of B&C and Quaker, improve the operation process, especially the operation process of group bags and gift boxes

-Customize the B&C and Quaker gift box according to the needs of customers. The process of completing the customized B&C and Quaker gift box

-Support salty's group buying business, cooperate with the national group buying team, and be responsible for the communication of offline salty group buying.

5) Explore salty and Quaker's pick and mix business.

-Explore with BU the development of salty &QK brand business, and formulate the Division's salty and Quire brand development strategy

-Build the development model of salty and Quaker from 0-1

任职条件

•At least 7 years of FMCG sales experience, with RCD management experience, familiar with RCD operations

•Have a strong understanding of industry development, with the basic logic of digital-driven business

•Have strong sales negotiation ability and cross team communication and collaboration ability

•Have strong business insight, and be able to convert these insights into business, in the process of business transformation, have the ability to work under pressure and solve problems

•Proficient in the operation of Office software, with strong numerical analysis ability and numerical sensitivity

•Experience in project management
