MISSION: The mission of the position is to support line manager and marcom team for the key marketing campaign and projects to carry out the plan and execution for the Maison, and to continuously improve the brand image and ensure qualified work delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Project:
Special Project:
- Work closely with all related stakeholders and liaise with key stakeholders to deliver instant updates and progress of the project
- Support line manager to craft and polish the key documents to drive the progress of this project incl.: exhibition outline, exhibition proposal, project timeline, local budget plan, etc.
- Archive material translation & consolidation as well as alignment with all stakeholders ( local and global )
- Meeting minutes writing & translation and sharing with related stakeholders.
- Support on report writing for the project
- Support the project budget tracking
Brand Event and various branding activities:
- Support line manager and marcom team on key event preparation and execution including but not limited to: brand exhibition, brand roadshow, brand pop-up, CIIE, etc.
- Work closely with internal functions for information sharing and collecting, co-ordinate the operation request on training, digital, social, advertising, VM, product & PR.
- Budget tracking ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Coordination with RCCL functions (IT, security, procurement, logistic, finance team etc.) to ensure smooth communication and progress of all event executions
- Support marketing team on external communication with event agency (design/ execution/ budget/ digital program etc.) and 3rd parties (CCTV, catering agencies, hostess, guide, security etc.) to ensure the quality of event execution.
- Event on-site execution and quality control.
- Consolidation of event reports with inputs from all stakeholders for recap and future optimization.
Artist Collaboration:
- Assist on local artist collaboration program, from the beginning of the design layout to 360 activation plan for the project.
- Work with legal team to review contracts on local artist collaboration & event window production & installation.
- Work closely with CRM team on artist collaboration client activities (CRM).
- Closely communicate with HQ stakeholder for validation and update of the project progress.
- Collaborate with training/PR team to deliver rich story telling of local artist event window concept.
- Partner with various vendors on design and quality standards while following up on all on-site installation for event windows.
- Plan and deliver all online training to boutiques before each wave launched.
- Deliver quality report of the artist collaboration and share with both HQ and local stakeholders.
- Continue to enrich tastemaker pool of artists to foster stronger presences in the artists universe.
Administrative Support:
- Update and track marketing department T&E quarterly budget.
- Preparation of China market landscape trends by working closely with Media and PR and Social agency to ensure timely sharing with various stakeholders ( Local and Global ).
- Lead in consolidation of monthly marketing department reports and various department presentation when necessary.
- Preparation of Commercial newsletters and all needed presentations on all Marketing Depts related information.
Profile
- University graduate with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, within the Luxury Goods industry.
- Capable to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player, creative and well organized.
- Possess analytical mind, sensitive to figures, result and action oriented.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Mandarin, French will be a plus.
