岗位职责：

Job Description：

1. 主导和管理风电项目的国际认证过程，确保符合国际标准和法规要求。

Lead and manage the certification process for wind projects in compliance with

international standards and regulations.

2. 主导和管理风力发电机产品开发过程中认证相关的技术评估和评审。

Lead and manage technical assessments and evaluations for wind turbine designs.

3. 与工程团队合作，确保所有风电产品设计满足认证要求。

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all designs meet certification requirements.

4. 提供风力发电机型式认证的指导和专业知识。

Provide guidance and expertise on wind turbine type certification.

5. 及时了解行业趋势、标准和法规变化。

Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulatory changes.

6. 与认证机构、客户和其他利益相关者沟通，确保项目顺利执行。

Liaise with certification bodies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project

execution

要求：

Requirements:

1. 拥有工程学、可再生能源、控制工程或相关领域的硕士及以上学位。

Minimum Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable, Control Engineering or a related field.

2. 具备丰富的风力认证和项目认证知识和经验。

Extensive knowledge and experience in wind turbine type certification and project

certification.

3. 熟悉风电相关IEC、ISO及其他相关国际标准。

Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, ISO and other relevant guidelines.

4. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力。

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.拥有出色的沟通和人际交往能力。

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. 精通英语；懂德语者优先。

Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

7. 拥有可再生能源或风能的专业认证（如PMP）。

Professional certification in renewable energy or wind energy (e.g., PMP).

8. 具备与认证机构合作或从事类似工作的经验。

Previous experience working with certification bodies or in a similar role.
