Gerneral Purpose:

1.Support all functions to manage EHS risks.

2.Ensure compliance with EHS relevant legal requirements and TRUMPF EHS standards. 

协助EHS部门经理确保符合EHS法律法规要求和通快EHS标准。

Main Task:

1.Support all functions to conduct risk assessment, prioritize the risks and develop measures to reduce the risks.

协助各部门进行风险评估，确定风险等级，制定风险控制措施

2.Organize and conduct on-site EHS audits regularly, and follow up the  corrective actions

组织和开展定期的现场EHS审核，并跟进改善措施至闭环

3.Participate near miss and accident investigation, identify root causes and follow up corrective actions

参与虚惊事件和意外事故的调查，确定根本原因和跟进改善措施至闭环

4.Maintain and improve emergency procedure and organize training and drill regularly

维护和改善紧急应急程序，定期组织培训和演练

5.Implement EHS management for contractors

落实承包商的EHS管理

6.Participate EHS improvement projects

参与EHS绩效提升项目

7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.College degree or above 专科以上学历

2.Safety Engineering, Environment Engineering or other engineering relevant.安全工程、环境工程或其他工程类相关专业

3.Above 3-5 years’EHS experience in manufacturing companies.

3-5年机械制造企业EHS工作经验

4.Familiar with EHS-related laws and regulations and ISO management system standards (e.g., ISO 14001/45001).

熟悉EHS法律法规及ISO 14001/ISO 45001标准

5.Proficient in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency drill execution.

熟练风险评估、事故调查和应急演练

6.Certified safety engineer is preferred.

注册安全工程师优先

7.Good spoken and written English 良好的英语听说读写能力

8.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.

9.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.

10.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力

11.Strong execution ability, with excellent communication, coordination skills, and resilience under pressure.

12.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
