Operations Leader has primary responsibility for the safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and productive operation of the unit or area, aligned with business and site requirements and goals. This person would be expected to supervise a reasonable number of people and would be accountable for performance management, coaching and career development.

-Determine appropriate staffing and assignment of operators. 确定合适的人员配置和操作员分配
-Ensure accurate recording of asset utilization losses and safe execution of tasks. 确保准确记录资产利用损失并安全执行任务
-Manage operational overtime aligned with unit goals. 根据单元目标管理生产加班
-Lead and coach shift teams to achieve business and plant objectives. 领导并辅导翻班团队以实现业务和工厂目标
-Implement effective work processes and ensure adherence to operating disciplines. 实施有效的工作流程并确保遵循操作规范

· High School Diploma and above 高中及以上学历
· Min 15 years of operational experience within a chemical plant with 3 years as a shift manager required 拥有15年及以上化工厂操作经验，其中3年担任班组经理/主管
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills 优秀的人际沟通能力Considered a Plus: 优先条件：
· Experience directly training operators 具有直接培训操作员的经验
