• Lead the creation of visually stunning 3D design deliverables that align with the brand’s identity, including product modeling, material rendering, lighting setup, and motion/visual effects design.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams (visual com design, digital design, industrial design, architecture design and creative technology) to ensure that 3D assets are seamlessly integrated into different design projects.
• Drive the integration of advanced creative technologies, including AI-assisted design tools, to streamline the design process and enhance brand visual design, ensuring high-quality and efficient outputs.
• Design and prototype 3D models, animation, immersive environment and other digital experiences, all while staying true to brand visual principles.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in 3D design, brand visual design, film and creative technologies, using new tools and techniques to elevate brand visuals and create next-level digital experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into different design discipline components, maintaining brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in both creative design and technology.
• Strong proficiency in 3D design and visualization, with expertise in modeling, lighting, rendering, and visual effects — with a solid understanding of film or rendering production pipelines.
• Advanced skills in at least one mainstream 3D software (e.g., C4D, Blender) and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine 5, Unity). With experience in integrating 3D elements into UI/UX design is a plus.
• Proven experience in motion design, animation, and video production using tools like After Effects, DaVinci Resolve with a focus on creating branded visual assets that align with overall design goals.
• Experience with AI-based image generation tools and other creative technologies to enhance both the brand visual design and the design process, improving workflows while maintaining design excellence. Bonus: Proficiency in ComfyUI and similar tools.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment with the ability to ensure all visual elements are consistent with and elevate the brand’s visual standards and identity.
• Basic proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills. Bonus: Fluent in English to collaborate across international teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of creative coding and shader is a plus.
