Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Account for ensuring the smooth day to day lab operations by providing support to technology team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To support the implementation of HSE improvement plan and contribute to the safe operation of the laboratory by ensuring HSE compliance and notifying of incidents and learning occurrences.
-To be responsible for the continuous improvement of the lab operation efficiency and safety.
-To assist application team by performing Laboratory daily work, which included materials testing, sample preparation, Lab trial, prepare the testing report independently & timely
-To be responsible for the maintenance / operation safety of equipment and housekeeping of the laboratory.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Education Background:
-Bachelor’s degree graduate, major in Polymer, Chemical Engineering or other technical related major.
Technical Skills:
-working experience in the polymer industrial or in a scientific laboratory.
-Team oriented, hardworking, reliable and orderly worker.
-Able to work independently.
-English capability in reading and writing, spoken English will be a plus.
