MAIN PURPOSE

Support the full spectrum of HR administration in the area of payroll, on/off boarding and HR reporting across the maison.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


On / Off boarding

  • Follow all new comers of boutique managers & office staffs the on and off boarding process.
  • Follow probation evaluation and contract renewal. 
  • Work with SAP project holder for regular headcount reporting and any related to staff movement reporting.


Personnel data filing

  • Follow Personnel Filing procedure and archive improvement project.


HRIS

  • Maintain staff information in SAP on regular basis.
  • Data cleansing on regular basis. 
  • Be the key administrator of Kronos, MDG & E-onboarding system.


HR Administration

  • Any HR administration support assigned by line manager or management team. 
  • Prepare all related certificate upon staff/company request. 
  • Update office organization chart and other HR reporting on monthly basis. 


Attendance Management

  • Follow up Kronos attendance status and provide relevant tracing report
  • Keep a close eye on BTQ attendance control, make sue the shift arrangements, OT application and punch-in /out process in compliance with policy.
  • Leave record check and control in SAP.


Others

  • Support & develop any ad-hoc project if needed. 
  • Coordinating with RCCL HR central office on other HR tasks if needed
  • Internal communications tasks: key administrator of HR public mailbox, Company Wechat etc.


Payroll handling

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing by tracking relevant salary information and calculating bonus and commission payments as necessary. Work with retail department for payroll reconciliation and ensure the calculation correct. Coordinate all payroll and relevant benefits information for 3rd party payroll authority.
  • Coordinate staff commercial insurance claim. 
  • Assist C&B Manager to complete all reports related to payroll and IIT issues.  


Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the HR field, preferred from C&B function 
  • Familiar with country’s labor law & personnel regulations
  • Familiar with SAP system is plus
