Develop and manage Goodyear E-commerce O2O project to drive maximizes volume, sustained revenue and profit growth in support of Goodyear's overall company goals and strategies.
-Get alignment on account strategy and product position with Goodyear’s internal and key account
-Build and execute effective E-commerce O2O project sales plan (OPT3 series)to achieve responsible account sell out sales target and market share.
-Carry out key area visit (the minimum is 120 stores per month), coach and manage tuhu store manager and mechanists, ensure the implementation of Goodyear sell out target and promotional activities, build a solid customer relationship
-Plan and excute Tuhu retailers seminar in key cities, ensure Goodyear brand’s point of view could be accepted by tuhu retail channel. Drive more sales volume and gain share of business in these invested areas.
-Initiate consumer promotion and store sales incentive policy in selected area, coordinate cross functionally to execute the aligned follow-up plans. Enhence Goodyear’s market share and visibility in responsible account
-Assist E-commerce account leader in customer managing, routine duties and the implementation of related projects,including execute work process and work frame,design S&OP and find solution for work effectiveness and efficiency improvement
-Gather and collect valid market information such as offline channel sales data, competitor’s information and industry information etc. Given an analysis weekly report and come out the proposal and action plans
-Assist in implementing other functional department activities of GoodyearEnhance GY Brand in responsible account
-Develop online and offline brand and improve brand image.Observe and analyze the market competition and come out the proposal to the E-commerce leader and drive the implementation and keep the strong presence and aligned market share of Goodyear in the market.
