-Maintain and raise 4S workshops coverage of KEY OEM and Top Cities
Develop the new business opportunity in Dealer Groups
-Winning regional dealer group business to enhance penetration and volume in assigned area
-Organize promotion and marketing activities in regional dealer group
Develop and execute customized promotion & marketing plan with OEM’s regional team.
-Data analysis and develop customized promotion & marketing plan based on the characteristics of different areas and OEM brands.
-Communicate with the OEM Area Manager to make the plan more efficient.
-POP, POS prepare
-Available stock check before the promotion
-4S Store training and promotion execution
Provide Key 4S store with the valuable consultancy
Continuing to grow 4S business in the future.
-Keep OEM’s regional team and dealer groups visit frequency to expand penetration and increase volume in related area
-Enhance customer satisfaction rate to drive the Model Store Grogram for OEMs and dealer groups
