• 与市场销售一起挖掘中国OEM厂商以及场景的FCEV合作机会,分析行业政策与竞争态势,制定针对性商务策略;
Identify FCEV collaboration opportunities with Chinese OEM manufacturers and end-use scenarios jointly with the Sales & Marketing team, analyze industry policies and competitive landscape, and develop targeted business strategies.
• 主导客户技术需求澄清,协同研发团队完成解决方案设计及可行性评审;
Lead technical requirement clarification with customers, collaborate with R&D to design solutions and conduct feasibility reviews.
• 协助市场销售编制燃料电池系统报价,谈判合同条款(技术协议、商务协议等),确保风险可控;
Assist Sales & Marketing in preparing fuel cell system quotations, negotiate contract terms (technical/commercial agreements, etc.), and ensure risk mitigation.
• 全周期项目管理:控制成本、进度、质量目标,定期向内外利益相关方汇报;
Full-cycle project management: Control cost, timeline, and quality targets, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• 维护和保持客户关系,确保客户满意;
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• 支持销售预测,动态调整项目资源优先级;
Support sales forecasting and dynamically adjust project resource priorities.
• Bachelor or above in Engineering
• 工程背景本科及以上学历
• 1~3 years of experience in project management
• 1到3年项目管理经验
• Initiative and responsible
• 积极主动,有良好的责任心
• Good communication and English both in oral and written
• 良好的英语沟通能力(书面和口语)
• Knowledge of new energy vehicle preferred
• 了解新能源行业,尤其是氢燃料电池行业优先
