MISSION STATEMENT:
Responsible of the growth of HWM business through
- Define a clear strategy and direction
- Management, development and growth of the HWM client portfolio, contributing to the HWM turnover
- Development of the HWM Sales pool
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and implement HWM strategy
- Responsible for overall HWM sales development
- Responsible for end to end strategy and execution of HWM and VIC client business <with the supervision of HQ Client Experience Director>
- Work on marketing event and activation calendar on how to drive VIC and HWM sales from each activity
- Work closely with Retail team on clientelling plan
- Work closely with HQ team and operation team on products selection and ensure we get best fit products for each events
- Overview and key competitors. Their novelty, product innovation of HWM, and pricing strategy
VIC and HWM cients management and development
- Drive and generate new clients through business development strategy and implementation
- Ensure quality and growth of VIC and HWM clients database, and effectively allocate budget to support VIC oriented initiatives
- Plan clear VIC and HWM clients engagement strategy, frequency
- Develop JLC HWM Client community, develop retlationship with VIC and HWM clients, working closely with MKT and sales team on creating beyond expectation VIC experiences
Events
- Define the right talent target with retail team on HWM and ViC sales of each event
- As a key stakeholder to ensure all relevant events provide meeting expectations experience for ViC clients
- Work closely with Marketing team to budget and expense ViC clients journey -Cordinate with HQand local on international VIC events execution
- Provide input to ensure assortment for events based on clients attending preferences
- Work closely with retail team to build reliable selling plans
KPIs:
- Total HWM Sales turnover meeting sales target
- VIC sales contribution of key events: brand exhibition, travelling collections, BTQ activation events, WWG
- Client portfolio management and development :
- # of new VIC recruited
- VIC clients retention rate and sales contribution

- Activeness: Frequency and quality of engagement with VIC clients
- Clearly define HWM / VIC clients engagement strategy, client journey. As a key stakeholder to align retail, Marketing, and training to work cohesively to define, align, execute and achieve together the HWM and VIC turnover target.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a strong background in high watchmaking or high jewellery client experience.
- Have solid knowledge and experience with VIC clients development and management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
