-Conduct routine checks and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
-Respond to IT-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
-Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.Requirements
-Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
