JOB SUMMARY:

To take responsible for developing new project, supporting new category expansion, developing and managing suppliers to help FBIN growth globally. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work with BU, marketing and project team to support new product development and new business expansion globally.

-Develop RFQs, competitive bidding, TDC analysis, supply chain design, negotiation, and supplier selection.

-Lead new project sourcing decision with cross function team and drive suppliers’ commitment for project on-time launch.

-Observe and communicate new technology or opportunities in our supplier base or industry to product development team and BU's. Identify and develop new suppliers, new products and processes.

-Coordinate and participate in design collaboration including co-development, design reviews and design transfers with participating suppliers.

-Support new components and finished goods qualified process and be responsible for sourcing roles including tooling, sample orders and relevant trouble shooting.

-Develop and execute the category and supplier strategies to help FBIN stay at a competitive level in the plumbing industry.

-Manage category & supplier relationship and performance including delivery, quality, risk and code of conduct.

-Develop & Deliver cost savings project to achieve leading cost structure across FBIN

QUALIFICATIONS (10 or less bullets):

-Bachelor’s degree required and majored in Engineering is preferred.

-Relevant work experience in multi-national companies for at least 8 years, Minimum 5 year work experience in sourcing project management.

-Highly organized, result-driven minded, solid negotiation and effective communication skills internally and externally.

-Demonstrated experience on strong analysis and problem solving skill, tough and complicated project managing.

-Strategic thinker with proven good negotiation, communication and strong people interaction skills.

-Fluent English in speaking, listening and writing.

-Be willing to travel around frequently.

-SAP knowledge is preferred
