Job Responsibilities
End- to- End recruitment delivery
1. Manage full recruitment lifecycle: understand needs, source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard.
2. Source candidates via online platforms, referrals, etc. Build and nurture talent pipelines.
3. Analyze recruitment metrics (time- to- fill, cost- per- hire) and optimize processes.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
1. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams. Understand talent needs and provide recruitment advice.
2. Manage stakeholder expectations on candidates, timelines, and criteria.
3. Gather feedback, identify improvements, and strengthen relationships.
Recruitment Projects
1. Lead recruitment projects like campus drives, plan, and execute within budget.
2. Work with other HR teams on talent management initiatives.
3. Keep up with trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
1. 4+ years of recruitment experience. Prefer a mix of agency and in-house background; pure agency background is acceptable.
2. Know recruitment tools and ATS.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Resilient under pressure, flexible, and good at problem-solving.
4. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
