What you will do:
•Liaise with suppliers and user department for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best delivery, mainly on general purchasing & NBOM related products.
•Payment term negotiation, Contract and vendor performance management
•Responsible for the Procurement operation, to update and maintain PO in purchasing system and enquire customer and product specification at USER need.
•Benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement across sites
•Measure and feedback supplier performance
•Execute activities that drive KPIs including but not limited to cost savings, hands free purchasing, supplier consolidation, P2P, etc.
•Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area
•Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully comply with the requirement
•Lead site Non-BOM procurement ops team.
What you need
•At least bachelor degree, major in business or related
•Over 8-10 years related experience
•Experience in negotiations, pricing, General purchasing & NBOM related products
•Experience in managing external third parties
•Good spoken and written English, familiar with purchasing system and good PPT skill
•Be diligent, eager to learn, detail oriented, can work efficient.
•Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
•Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
•Understand manufacturing and quality assurance processes
