Develop and maintain a network of key industry experts and potential partners within the biotech ecosystem, with a focus on China.
Collaborate cross - functionally with R&D and business development teams to align opportunities with company strategy and goals. Also, manage stakeholders, report to internal leadership, build internal consensus on opportunities, support the approval process for deals, and adhere to the internal BD&L review process for consistent and high - quality evaluations.
Stay abreast of scientific advancements, competitive landscapes, and

Hold a PhD in Biology, Oncology, Immunology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant industry experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, with a focus on search & evaluation.
Possess a strong scientific background, with expertise in oncology and/or immunology. Familiarity with drug discovery and development processes is highly preferred.
Have established industry network and experience working with stakeholders in China and/or Asia - Pacific markets will be an advantage.
