Responsibilities:

· Proactively work with Regional Sales Ops to release purchase orders timely against demand forecast.

· Manage factory build plan after regular alignment with ODMs/ DTC vendors (promise date, build week date, completion date etc.) to meet delivery schedule plan.

· Oversee production capacity and material availability at ODMs/ DTC vendors to secure order fulfillment on-time.

· Coordinate PO price accuracy in Oracle with Costing/ Sourcing.

· Work closely with Engineers to secure SKU BOM/package artwork readiness.

· Execute PCR with ODMs/DTC vendors to minimize excess liability.

· Recommend order size for SKUs with MOQ constraint.

· Connect ODMs and IT for order scanning issues related to iWIP.

· Maintain and continuously improve delivery performance, inventory in a healthy level.

· Monitor MTO/MTS customer request shipment performance at ODMs/ DTC vendors.

· Manage shipment consolidation plan for MTO orders at ODMs/ DTC vendors.

Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

· At least 3-year experience in supply chain management/ planning & material management/ customer fulfillment. EMS background in consumer electronics industry is preferred.

· Comprehensive knowledge of NPI planning management, manufacturing and supply chain process.

· Team player with strong oral and written communication skills with cross-functional teams, internal and external.

· Self-motivated, can work under pressure and independently with least supervision.

· Detail-oriented, strong project management and execution skills.

· Strong knowledge in Oracle, ERP system, excel advanced skills
