About the role
The Process Integration and Development Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of processes, process optimisation and meeting the overall project requirements.
What you will do
•Oversee inline tracing and unit process development for Mixed Signal processes, optimising flows to meet performance and yield targets
•Conduct manual device testing, wafer-level reliability (WLR) analysis, and failure analysis (FA) to drive continuous process improvement
•Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimise critical process parameters and resolve integration bottlenecks
•Collaborate with device design, manufacturing, and foundry teams to ensure seamless process module integration, supporting technology transfer and mass production ramp-up
What you will need
•Bachelor's degree or above, material, electronics, optics, chemistry, microelectronics, physics and other related majors, more than 6 years of work experience, with process development or integration work experience is preferred
•With a comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor FEOL/BEOL process integration and device physics, familiar with semiconductor process development flow; capable of designing and executing DOE
•Proficient in inline tracing, WLR/FA techniques (e.g., SEM/TEM analysis), and statistical process control (SPC); skilled in data analysis tools like JMP/Minitab
