KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Documentation Compliance Review & Reporting Management

• Ensure all procurement documents (≥ RMB 240K POs) are processed in full compliance with Richemont's policies and procedures. This includes sourcing, tendering, RFQs, contracts, project records, and meeting minutes.

• Act as the local point of contact for Global and APAC procurement teams regarding data and system-related matters.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure proper archiving and management of procurement data.

2. Supplier Risk, Qualification, and Evaluation Management

• Align with HQ/APAC guidelines to monitor supplier risks through financial analysis and qualification checks.

• Implement and manage the supplier qualification and evaluation program, including factory audits, environmental compliance (e.g., FSC), and other relevant assessments.

• Guide internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to supplier creation and qualification processes.

• Support category teams in conducting annual supplier performance reviews and consolidating results.

3. NDA and Procurement Contract Management

• Develop and maintain a centralized template for managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and procurement contracts, ensuring full compliance with Richemont’s internal processes.

4. CSR Program Data Management

• Serve as the local liaison for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in China, coordinating with category teams to track project progress.

• Validate submitted projects using self-assessment tools and collaborate with Group/APAC teams to clarify any ambiguities or requirements.

5. Audit Follow-Up

• Coordinate with team members to provide necessary data and documentation to internal and external auditors.

• Act as the primary purchasing contact for audit-related actions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of findings.

6. Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare raw data for reporting purposes and manage the procurement dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. Ad-Hoc Projects

Lead or support special projects related to procurement processes, systems, and supplier management, contributing to continuous improvement.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Education:

• A degree from a reputable university or equivalent education is preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, sourcing, procurement, finance controlling, or auditing.

• Proven experience in managing compliance within procurement processes.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Ariba is highly advantageous.

• Prior exposure to working in a global matrix organization with a focus on ethical practices and integrity.

Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in the local language being essential.

• Experience in supply chain management or audit firms, particularly in the luxury or premium goods sector, is a distinct advantage.
