Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven track record in a Retail management position within the Luxury Goods industry. You are analytical, results and actions oriented. You have strong listening and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic, persuasive and motivating with others in a consistent manner. You are highly self-motivated, confident, organized, efficient, and good attention to detail. You have the personality fit with VCA values and spirit. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. You are willing to accept 30-50% travel rate and upon specific projects requirements.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Associate Retail Excellence Director. You will monitor retail performance to support the retail development of VCA in China. You will contribute to the improvement of BTQ productivity, team development and monitoring of retail action plans while sustaining the Maison Image. In this function you will:

Business Performance

• Perform sales forecast and budget preparation
• Perform regular monitoring of sales performance and KPIS
• Define retail priorities and set relevant objectives in collaboration with Retail Area Management, CRM, and Operation etc. functions
• Support and follow-up the deployment of retail action plans based on Boutique needs
• Support and follow-up the sales & marketing events and report the feedback and results
• Explore and review the business opportunities of overall China and by Boutiques
• Work closely with HQ/Regional Retail Performance team for feedback sharing and best practice exchanges
• Conduct close monitoring of market trend and competitors performance

Retail Projects

• Manage and review the commission scheme based on the business trend and propose the incentive plan if needs
• Drive the “Groom” project to support the Boutique headcount management
• Manage all retail-related reports and conduct constant enhancement
• Facilitate sharing of best practices within the Boutiques through organization of seminars and animate the retail community
• Accompany HQ/Regional in the development of Retail Performance projects and to align the initiatives with global standards
