Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 7 years' experiences in collaborating within a Museum or Gallery setting, or Arts Foundation also acceptable. You have strong organizational skills. You have a good command of digital management tools. You have strong communication and development skills. You have the excellent written and oral expression both in Chinese and English.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Managing Director of L’ÉCOLE China, the Development Manager's main mission is to explore and develop external and internal relationship with university, institution, museum, expert, etc. to initiate long-term, short-term collaborations. The key projects / initiatives includes but not limited to, exhibition, research, publications, conversations (online & offline), B2B collaborations, audience management / CRM, etc.

In this function you will:

• Explore and develop external & internal relationship to establish and execute new collaborations for below aspects.

1. Exhibition (the exhibition project will be executed by exhibition team, the role development manager is more focus on partnership development)
2. Culture exchange program
3. Sponsorship / scholarship
4. Research
5. Publications
6. Conversation (online & offline)
7. B2B opportunity
8. Audience management / CRM

• Propose and manage budget
• Monitor all projects and well timeline management
• Lead the presentation & communication
• Develop team members' / external contributors' capability and adapt to L’ÉCOLE's culture
• Clear job allocation whilst a perfect “Trio” among development team
