JOB TITLE: Sr. HR Manager - C&B - Cartier
REPORTING TO HR VP - Cartier
LOCATION: Shanghai

MAIN PURPOSE
Under the supervision of HR VP - Cartier, the position holder shall play a very important role as C&B expert to all population in Cartier China. An experienced specialist who researches, analyses, makes recommendations and develops modifications to compensation and benefits programs with the focus is on policy development and advice to management. The job holder shall lead and coach team to deliver great support to business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1 – Compensation & Benefits Analytics, Programs
- Support total rewards programs of merit increase, salary survey, bonus plan, salary structure, retention, benefits programs, HRIS improvement, master data management, C&B tasks in Cartier China
- Use appropriate techniques to analyze data and facilitate business insight
- Support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to HR managers, Management team in Cartier China with rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices etc.
- Participate in compensation related polies and process design and optimization, closely work with RCCL HR team to ensure successful implementation.
- Participate in global total rewards projects, leading the communication and ensuring the good execution as well as providing consultation and resolution to HR team for questions of manager/employee
Key responsibility 2 – Compensation & Benefits Operation
- Work together with RCCL HR C&B team and Cartier HQ for a smooth and efficient payroll operation.
- Headcount and personnel cost plan, budget, analysis and control.
- Conduct annual salary & bonus review
- Monitor the accuracy of personnel records in HRIS (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
- Assures through audits, analysis and reports, that all organization compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations
Key responsibility 3 – Team Management and Development
- Manage Cartier China payroll team via target-setting, performance management and individual development actions. Motivate team members to deliver the best performance.
- Collect feedback from internal customers / relevant contacts for a comprehensive observation to ensure continuous excellence in compensation and benefit management

DIMENSIONS:
- Management of 1000 employees for Cartier China
REQUIREMNTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 8 years solid experience in HR with a focus on HRBP’s function
- Familiar with country’s labor law & personnel regulations
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Excellent in analytical, influencing & planning skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English
