职位描述

– Identify, respond, and mitigate sophisticated threats toPepsiCo computer networks.– Conduct incident response activities, includingadvanced investigation (forensic, malware analyses, etc.)to investigate potential intrusions and developremediation guidance.– Perform the activities necessary for the immediate,short-term rapid resolution of incidents to minimizeproduction down time and risk exposure.– Maintain a professional communicative relationshipwith clients and management to provide informationthroughout the incident, problem, and changemanagement cycles.– Coordinates and drives efforts among multiplebusiness units during response activities and postmortem.– Proactive monitoring of client environments usingspecialized security applications.– Provide timely, comprehensive and accurateinformation to Information Security leadership in bothwritten and verbal communications.– Develop the requisite expertise, knowledge, and abilityto perform independently.– Routinely develop and update incident responseplaybooks to ensure response activities align with bestpractices, minimize gaps in response and providecomprehensive mitigation of threats.– Participation in after hours on-call rotation whenrequired– Bring up innovative ideas, based on your ownexperience or information gathered from externalcommunities, and actively participate into IncidentResponse function’s growth.– Collaborate with CFC teams on project execution andPepsiCo security improvements.– Support the production of detailed technical reportsand presentations related to digital investigations.– Ensure team success through organizational,functional, and team alignment towards team missionand objectives.– Champion and embed GCS understanding, control,ownership and execution within GCR to achieve aneffective audit rating.

任职条件

– 4+ years of work experience in information security,especially in an Information operations / incident role.– Bachelor or master degree in Information Technologyor related discipline.– Well seen are relevant technical security certifications(GIAC, EC-Council, CompTIA, etc.).– Hands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and technicalexpertise to resolve incidents and service requests;previous experience in troubleshooting day-to-dayoperational processes such as security monitoring, datacorrelation, security operations, etc.– Proven experience performing analysis of securityevents and incidents, to determine root cause andprovide resolution.– Hands-on digital forensic and/or malware analysisexperience is a plus.– Working knowledge of at least three of the followingsecurity tools: host-based antivirus, anti-spam gatewaysolutions, firewalls, IDS/IPS, server and network devicehardening, data loss prevention, forensics software,vulnerability management, website security.– Competence in using both internal and externalticketing systems for ITIL-based incident, problem andchange management.– Solid customer orientation with excellent oral andwritten communication skills.– A team-focused mentality with the proven ability towork effectively with diverse stakeholders.– An ability to effectively influence others to modify theiropinions, plans, or behaviors.– Proactive attitude, seeking for improvementopportunities which can positively impact the securityposture and the business.– An ability to work extremely well under pressure whilemaintaining a professional image and approach.– Decision-making capabilities, with an ability to weighthe relative costs and benefits of potential actions andidentify the most appropriate one.– Very good English, both written and spoken.
