About the role
The NPI Engineer is responsible for providing front-end (FE) technology support during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
What you will do
•Provide front-end (FEOL) technical support for NPI, resolving process-design interface issues
•Develop process control plans for NPI phases, monitor yield data, and drive defect reduction and mass production ramp-up
•Interface with foundries to complete process qualification, ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), and prepare NPI technical reports and training documentation
What you will need
•Bachelor's degree or above in Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of NPI or process integration experience, familiar with 8-inch/12-inch wafer manufacturing processes
•Knowledge of key FEOL processes (oxidation, diffusion, etching); basic knowledge of Six Sigma/DOE
•Fluent in English; experienced in on-site foundry support; strong stress tolerance and quick response.
