Channel strategy and business plan
- Develop and execute sales strategies for channels to meet revenue targets.
- Manage channel operations, including inventory planning, promotional campaigns, and SEO-optimized product listings.
- set up annually business and investment strategy to service business growth and OP achievement
Business target achievement and business analysis
- SO and SI chase up
- ongoing analysis of key business metrics including traffic, conversion, and product matrix performance and make optimization plan to maximize sales
- track and analyze competitors’ performance and key actions, take learnings to drive brand business
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with channel needs (e.g., JD.com Super Brand Days).
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory efficiency and timely fulfillment.
Management of online retailer partnerships
- manage TP to deliver business result by consolidating brand guideline and business growth need
- work closely with platform to get a clear understanding of platform beauty trend change and to strive resources
Relationship Building
- Nego with platform on contract item and resource
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to for business cooperation and data-sharing agreements.
1. Data analysis / Communication
2. With a bachelor’s degree or above
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
