Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Elevate HA business in WI and WA
Be a pioneer and lead as role model to continuously make new mark in HA performance;
Align with RM, adapting national HA strategy to region needs and team;
Actively update regional HA stock needs to maximize sales opportunity;
Proactively tracking HA stock on parallel with clients schedule & availability to ensure precise HA business landing;
Realize HA sales for Events
2. HA clienteling expansion
Build regional HA clienteling pyramid and entice with Top 30 regional HA clients to complete full-fledged VIP information database for a deeper understanding of clients
Design personalized client journey and engagement experience to cultivate and upgrade VIP clienteling;
Provide quality clientele for various types of brand and sales events, matching various clients interests/preference with events; ensure quality attendance and performance outcomes;
Enlarge exposure of Montblanc HA by exploring partnership with landlord and 3rd parties;
Build internal and external HA pipeline from prospects to above;
3. Boost and elevate the HA capability of the region
Coach and support boutique GV specialist to reach high HA target;
Effective feedback and co-work with BM on GV performance;
Deliver regional training on product, brand and clientele engagement;
Demonstrate and showcase quality VIC experiences within region;
Coach region practice to pamper VIC and harvest HA sales results;
4. Present HA pieces to trigger higher HA desirability.
Post HA pieces in social media to attract wider interest;
In HA events to present HA pieces to clients, Landlord VIP and 3rd party partners;
Actively seeding with brand KOS to enlarge HA exposure;
Create client facing opportunities in on-line and off-line RDV.
Capability Requirements:
· Highly motivated to develop client relationship
· Keen to seek opportunities by enlarging brand and personal influence;
· Assertive communication to win consent and earn resource.
· Constructive facilitation to build talent forces
· Presentable for brand events;
· 5+ years of experience in high value sales and VIC relationship maintenance.
· Result-oriented.
· Resilient and persistent.
· Self-organized.
· Good in Mandarin. Business level English is a plus.
· Basic skill in Microsoft PPT, WORD, and EXCEL.
