职位描述

What you will do

·Accountable to develop and introduce products and technologies according to Customer Requirement Specification and meeting relevant quality and cost targets to support the Business Group’s product portfolio

·Expand the Power and Signal Conversion footprint in China for Nexperia

·Accountable for building, recruitment, appraisal, coaching & training of direct reports

·Creates a culture of innovation, working at pace to generate novel technology concepts

·Contributes to product roadmaps and identifies competencies needed

·Responsible to provide first level management support for projects of agreed project portfolio (escalation, consulting)

·Responsible to collect competitor information concerning products in own portfolio and to propose new solutions

·Work with the Product R&D leadership team to collaborate and share best practice

·Train and guide the team on project deliverables like schematic, layout, data analysis, reliability/failure mode analysis, stress simulation, etc.

·Work with universities to establish research partnerships

·Support the next generation Power and Signal Conversion group by carrying out pathfinding/simulation studies

·Accountable to suggest and influence innovative products and product enhancements to better meet customer / consumer needs

What you will need

·Experience in leading product developments in galvanic isolation and/or interface transceivers

·Deep understanding of industrial and automotive markets

·Understanding of basic device physics, fundamentals of process technologies, analog circuit design, and packaging

·Track record of on timely delivery of new products and technology creation

·Ability to present to the Management Team on the strategy and delivery plan

·Understanding of electrical characterization and reliability issues

·Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
