We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Solution Architect to join our IT organization and support our Sales & Marketing team with strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design and architect technology solutions that enable Sales & Marketing success, working within an agile methodology to deliver value quickly and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Partnership:

-You need to partner with Sales & Marketing business partner and Business Analysts to understand their strategic goals and challenges.

-You need to analyze business requirements and translate them into technically feasible and scalable solutions for Sales & Marketing initiatives.

-You are request to design and architect innovative solutions leveraging appropriate technologies (e.g., Cloud, APIs, marketing automation tools) considering user needs, system integration, and overall IT strategy.

Solution Development & Delivery

-You need to work within an agile framework (e.g., Scrum) to break down solutions into manageable user stories and prioritize them technically.

-You are request to collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment with overall project goals.

-You are responsible to select and implement appropriate technology solutions, considering existing infrastructure and security protocols.

-You need to develop and document solution architecture diagrams and technical specifications.

-You participate in code reviews and ensure technical best practices are followed.

Change Management

-You are hope to stay up to date on industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve Sales & Marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

-You by demonstrating responsiveness to user needs, they can build trust and encourage continued adoption of the new system.

-You are responsible to remove obsolete processes and systems as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

-You are an excellent analytical and problem-solver.

-You with strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

-You with extensive knowledge and experience of DevOps, Agile practices, CI/CD

-You with extensive knowledge of cloud-native solutions, microservices, cloud computing (AWS and Azure)

-You with extensive knowledge of software development

-You with proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.

-You are proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring, etc.).

-You are familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and integration technology such as Kafka, Talend, etc.
